TECHNICAL SKILLS

•    Excellent experience in manual and automatic solid phase chemical synthesis of peptides by the Fmoc chemistry, Split-mix synthesis, peptide analysis and purification.
•    Good experience on Surface Plasmon Resonance: Biacore systems (Biacore3000) and SensiQ. Good knowledge of both softwares and instruments.
•    Good experience with spectroscopic techniques such as Circular Dichroism and Fluorescence.
•    Skills in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques, such as: SDS-PAGE - Protein purification by affinity chromatography, ionic exchange chromatography, gel filtration- refolding of recombinant proteins.
•    Expertise in biochemical spectrophotometric assays, such as ELISA and FRET by High Throughput Screening.
•    Excellent skills in the manipulation of multiple samples using multiwell plates.
